I want to know what you’re walking into. Whether we’re talking about Med‑Surg, pediatrics, PICU, ICU, the ER or the OR, I want to understand the team and the work well enough to have an honest conversation about the fit.

I recruit RNs, LPNs and LVNs, along with respiratory therapists, radiologic and surgical technologists, sterile processing technicians and physical therapists. I also work with nurse practitioners, including neonatal NPs.

I’m hands-on with the details. If there’s something you need to know before making a decision, I’ll work on getting you an answer. You’ll know where things stand, what needs your attention and what I’m taking care of. It’s your next move. My job is to help you feel ready to make it.
