What we hold to as a practice

You’re weighing a clinical responsibility as well as a career move. Clinicians help guide our practice and the way we work with you.

Advice that understands scope

An advanced practice advisor on our board shapes how we work with NPs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs. Scope, supervision and prescriptive authority vary by state and facility, and the advice you receive accounts for each.

Roles matched to your practice

We consider the patient population and level of independence in each role alongside the clinical interests you want to develop. The roles you weigh fit the practice you intend to grow into.

The gap between assignments, planned

For many advanced practice clinicians, the time between assignments matters as much as the assignment itself. Conversations that begin early let your next role take shape before the current one ends.

Every way to practice

Our advanced practice team covers locums, per diem, contracts and permanent roles. You can build a year from shorter assignments or settle into one practice, and change direction as your career develops.

Questions advanced practice clinicians ask us

Have another question? We’d be glad to talk it through.

Yes. Locums and travel roles are open to NPs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs, in hospitals, clinics and telehealth, alongside local and permanent roles.

Most locums roles ask for at least 1 year in your specialty, since you step in with less orientation than a permanent hire. Each job page lists what that facility requires.

Yes. NPs practice independently in full practice states and under a collaborative agreement in others. PAs work under a supervision or collaboration agreement set by each state. Prescribing also needs that state’s authority and a DEA registration. We look at what each state allows before a role goes forward.

Plan on 2 to 4 months for a hospital role, depending on the state license and the facility’s own approval process. We set the start date with you from the first conversation.

Rarely. Many NPs and PAs use locums to try a setting or region first, and some facilities offer permanent roles to clinicians who have covered for them.
