Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) for a PRN / Per Diem opportunity in Sacramento, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nutritional assessments and individualized nutrition care.
- Develop and implement appropriate nutrition plans.
- Monitor patient nutritional status and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential/license as applicable.
- Recent clinical/hospital dietitian experience is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Must meet all applicable credentialing requirements.
