Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109
Pay Rate: $58/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MDT

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity at Encompass Health Rehabilitation in Albuquerque, NM. The OT will provide quality rehabilitation services to patients and work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy treatments based on patient needs
• Help patients improve functional independence and daily living skills
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Follow facility policies and applicable clinical standards

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Mexico
• Relevant OT experience
• Current required credentials and certifications
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work the scheduled contract assignment
