Travel is where I’m most at home. I’ve learned how much a contract depends on details nobody puts in the posting, and I go looking for them before you have to.

I lead and mentor our travel nursing and allied team, so when you work with any of us, you get what the whole team has learned along the way.

I’ve recruited for large public and academic health systems from New York to California. Before an interview, I take you through what the facility will ask and who you’ll meet, and we go through the contract terms together until they work for you.

The call I look forward to most comes a few weeks into an assignment, when a clinician tells me it turned out the way we talked about.
