Pay Rate: $63.00/hour
 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Pediatric Med/Surg experience for a PRN opportunity . The RN will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients while working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric Med/Surg patients.
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Provide compassionate, family-centered care.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Recent Pediatric Med/Surg experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric healthcare environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• PRN / Per Diem
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $63.00/hour
• Location: Portland Oregon
