Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a per diem opportunity at a Community Health Center in Spokane, WA. The selected candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients and the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs and clinical requirements.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient response.
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic exercises and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Provide coverage based on facility needs and agreed-upon availability.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State.
• Required clinical credentials and certifications.
• Relevant physical therapy experience.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work a flexible per diem schedule based on facility requirements.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: Up to $49 per hour.
