Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity at Encompass Health Rehabilitation in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, support rehabilitation goals, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Mexico.

• Relevant physical therapy experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.

• Strong communication, patient-care, and clinical assessment skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
