LPN/TLPN – Crystal Springs, WV

• Contract: 14 weeks (11/02/2026–02/01/2027)
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; 2 shifts one week / 4 shifts the next
• Pay Rate: $35/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours
• Experience Required: Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility (Rehab/SNF) experience is required.
• Setting: Post-acute care

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced LPN/TLPN to provide quality nursing care to patients in a post-acute rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility. Candidates must have prior Rehab/SNF experience and be comfortable working night shifts and a rotating weekend schedule.
