Advice that starts from your discipline

Each allied profession is measured differently, by the clock, the caseload or the study.

Advice grounded in your discipline

An allied health advisor on our board shapes how our practice works. A physical therapist and a sonographer face very different days, so the advice you receive starts from the discipline you practice.

Caseload as part of the decision

Pace and caseload vary widely between departments, and both shape the care you can give. We weigh them alongside the way you want to practice as you consider each role.

Settings worth exploring early

Your discipline can take you from a hospital department to a rehab gym or a school. Talking before an opening appears gives those settings room to be considered properly.

Commitment shaped around your calendar

Our allied health practice covers individual shifts, contracts and permanent roles, including academic year assignments in schools. The arrangement you choose can follow the calendar your life already keeps.

Questions allied clinicians ask us

Have another question? We would be glad to discuss it.

It depends on your discipline. Physical therapy has an interstate compact across member states, while most allied professions license state by state. We’ll start with the states where you’re already licensed.

Yes. PTA, COTA and SLPA roles sit mainly in skilled nursing, outpatient and school settings.

Yes. School-based SLP and OT contracts usually follow the academic year, and we plan them around the calendar with you.

Most roles ask for recent experience in your discipline and setting, often a year or more. Each job page lists what that facility requires.

It depends on the facility, the state license and your credentials. We talk timing through with you before anything is submitted.
