Time in another practice
Take on an assignment with a health system for weeks or months, planned with you before your first day. The specialty and setting give you a place to begin.

A permanent place in a practice
A permanent role with a health system, hospital or physician group, with us making the introduction and staying in the conversation until you start.

Look at the yearbeyond the assignment
Time between assignments matters alongside the work itself. Picture how the year could look.
Locums
Spend part of the year on assignments with health systems, leaving the time between them for the plans you want to make.

What we hold to as a practice
Decisions about a medical career deserve a clinical perspective. Ours comes from the physicians who help guide our practice.
Guided by physicians
A physician advisor on our board and a full-time Chief Clinical Officer shape how our physician practice works. Your next move is discussed in the terms medicine uses, from privileges and call to the type of practice you want to join.
A practice that fits your medicine
We weigh the patient population, call and culture of each practice alongside the medicine you want to practice and the place you want to live. The aim is a role you would choose again.
Time to plan the next move
Credentialing and hospital privileges can take months, so early conversations matter in medicine. Starting before an opening gives your next move the time it needs.
Locums and permanent practice in one place
Our physician practice covers locums assignments and permanent roles with hospitals, health systems and physician groups. Many physicians use locums to know a setting before committing to it, and both paths remain open here.

Have another question? We’d be glad to talk it through.
You cover a hospital or practice for a set period, from a few shifts to several months. The facility sets the schedule and patient load, and we talk through the dates, location and schedule with you before you commit.
Yes. Many physicians pick up locums shifts or blocks around a permanent role. Tell us which weeks are free and we’ll look for coverage that fits them.
Yes, in each state where you see patients. The Interstate Medical Licensure Compact speeds up licenses across participating states, and prescribing controlled substances needs a DEA registration in each state. We’ll start with the states where you’re already licensed.
We ask before your name goes to any facility, for every role.
Yes, both. Some facilities want attending experience for locums, so a first permanent role is often the steadier start. We talk through practice type, call, location and the contract terms your own attorney should review.
